The route starts in the direction of Cervera where you take a forest track that leads to Bustillo de Santullán. Once in Bustillo, continue by road to Monasterio, whose center is located on a hill from which you descend to Mudá. The next section ends in Vallespinoso de Cervera to continue to Rueda de Pisuerga where the route changes course to head west following the right bank of the Pisuerga to Vado and Cervera.
