You leave La Llama on the CL-626 road towards Cistierna, although just after passing under the railway bridge to the left along a dirt track that leads to Santa Olaja de la Acción. We continue to Valle de las Casas towards the Esla Valley through Valdehontanos. In the vicinity of the Vidanes industrial estate is the paved track that takes us to the town of the same name. We cross the N-625 that leads us to Cistierna.
