This link will open using lightbox, there may be a context switch Continuing along the Gradefes highway in a southerly direction, the route reaches Modino, where it crosses the Esla to go towards Vidanes. Once there, it surrounds the town's industrial estate along a paved track that runs close to the mountain and connects with the Valdehontanos track, which takes you up to the Las Pilas intersection, located in the Loma de las Lagunas moor. In this area, the itinerary joins the Valle de las Casas path, which leads to this town on a long descent.
The next section runs along the agricultural tracks that successively link the towns of Santa Olaja de la Acción and La Llama de la Guzpeña, where the CL-626 road is crossed to pass towards Prado de la Guzpeña through Alto de la Cruz. On the outskirts of Prado, follow the Robledo road to the bridge over the Hervencia stream. From there a track begins in an easterly direction that crosses gently undulating crop fields until reaching the Tuéjar valley in the town of Taranilla, near Puente Almuhey.
