Main altarpiece of Renaissance style and linear plan made in the last third of the 16th century. The main altarpiece of Valdavida is structured with a predella, three sections of five streets and an attic. The first contains reliefs with passages from the books of Genesis and Numbers.

The round-shaped sculptures of the titular saints, San Julián and Santa Basilisa, preside over the niches of the central street located above the tabernacle, while the side streets incorporate pictorial tables in which scenes from the Passion of Christ are reproduced, in the lower body, passages from the hagiographies of San Julián Hospitalario and San Julián Mártir, in the central body, and passages from the life of the Virgin Mary in the upper body. On the latter rises, connected by flanges, the attic with a relief of the Calvary on a pictorial background.
