Renaissance-style main altarpiece completed in 1553, as indicated by the cartouche located on the tympanum of the triangular pediment of the set. It is made up of two first bodies of five lanes and an upper one of three lanes that connects with the previous ones by means of fins finished in figures of hybrids.

Inside the masonry, the variety of grotesque motifs incorporated into the pilasters and friezes of the entablatures stands out, while the central street of the first bodies contains a tabernacle and a sculpture of the Trinity.

For their part, the side streets make up a set of oil paintings on panel focused mainly on episodes from the cycles of the Childhood of Jesus, Glory of Christ and scenes from the life of Mary that culminate with the representation of the Ascension of Christ.
