Built in the last quarter of the 16th century thanks to the sponsorship of the counts of Fuensaldaña. The church, a faithful replica of the Colegiata de Villagarcía de campos, was completed in 1590.

Rectangular ground plan, with chapels between buttresses. The faced follows the viñolesco style used by the Jesuits, that is: two bodies (the upper one narrower than the bottom one) topped off by a pediment. Above the front stands the image of Saint Michael, dating from the 15th century. Inside the presbytery are the statues of the archangels Saint Raphael and Saint Gabriel by Gregorio Fernández. Also noteworthy are the 16th-century portraits of Carlos V and the Empress Isabel.
