Mecanismo de Recuperação e Resiliência: Plano de Recuperação, Transformação e Resiliência para Espanha
O NextGenerationEU é um conjunto de instrumentos financeiros temporários dotados de 750 mil milhões de euros para todos os Estados-Membros. Contribuem para reparar os danos económicos e sociais causados pela pandemia de COVID 19, através de programas de reforma e de investimento nos próximos anos.
Os objectivos são: Promover a coesão económica, social e territorial; reforçar a resiliência e a capacidade de ajustamento; atenuar as repercussões sociais e económicas da crise da COVID-19 e apoiar as transições ecológica e digital.
Estes Fundos Europeus estão articulados em vários instrumentos, um dos quais é o Mecanismo de Recuperação e Resiliência (MRR): dotado de 672,5 mil milhões de euros para todos os Estados-membros. Visa apoiar o investimento e as reformas nos Estados-Membros para alcançar uma recuperação sustentável e resiliente, promovendo simultaneamente as prioridades ecológicas e digitais da UE.
