Following in the footsteps of the Astorga - Plasencia Railway, better known as the "Vía de la Plata railway", through an idyllic landscape that runs halfway down the slopes of the Sierra de Béjar, declared a Biosphere Reserve. The last section of this 42.1 km route through the municipalities of Puerto de Béjar, Cantagallo and Béjar belongs to Castilla y León.
