Built by the brotherhood of the same name in the 16th century in the place where the brothers carried out penance or discipline. The cover was drawn by the architect Rodrigo Gil de Hontañón. The interior was remodeled to the Baroque taste by Joaquín de Churriguera in the 18th century. It has a Latin cross plan with a single nave, covered with a lunet vault. The magnificent altarpiece by Joaquín de Churriguera stands out, presided over by the image of the Immaculate Conception by Gregorio Fernández. You can also see the silver processional Cross in a niche on the Gospel wall, the work of Pedro Benítez.
