Thursday, March 27 is World Theatre Day and to celebrate it, the Pez Luna Teatro
company presents its play Inventar, inventoryar, inventurear with Gianni Rodari.
Inventing, inventorying, inventuring is a live story creation experience featuring Professor Gramaticus, a character that Rodari presents in his Book of Errors, and a Curious Student , whose questions and interests promote the teacher's constant play to provoke the action/learning of inventing stories without fear of being confused, accepting mistakes, having fun altering the meaning and form of words, or accepting ideas that are apparently absurd, illogical, contradictory, or even open-ended.
Who is Pez Luna Teatro? Mercedes and Patxi are the guides of this creative ship, non-formal education around oral expression is its origin, plastic arts and playing with materials its starting point. Miguel accompanies them in the technique with fidelity and a love of research for theatre. And they are surrounded by essential collaborators such as the musician Carlos Herrero.
They create for children and the family, developing especially stage projects that have to do with creation and artistic processes in painting, words and music. Working with objects and a close relationship with the public characterize their projects.
