Documentary film, 90 minutes long, directed by Francisco J. Vaquero Robustillo.

The feature film invites us to reflect on whether the ecological transition (or energy transition) that is taking place in Spain is truly ecological, as claimed by public administrations and the five main environmental groups in the country.

Institutions and the main media are giving us the idea that this transition in Spain is being carried out in an exemplary manner and that renewable energy sources are essential. While it is true that they are necessary, the reality is that they are not being done well and are becoming the greatest threat to our ecosystems, our primary sector, our towns and, ultimately, to Spanish society as a whole.

The film aims to raise awareness among people living in urban environments so that they can support those in small towns who are fighting against this energy colonialism that is destroying our country. Although the film is in favour of renewable energy, it advocates proper planning. You cannot save nature by destroying nature.

There will be a discussion afterwards with the director of the documentary.
