A poetic-musical performance featuring songs and poems by Agustín García Calvo. Set to flamenco music by singer Carmen Esteban, with Sergio Portales on guitar. Gus will open the performance with a brief rhythmic recitation of Agustín's poems. Previously unpublished musical adaptations will be presented.

Carmen Esteban began singing in Madrid at Manuela Flamenco Week with Perico del Lunar. Agustín García Calvo introduced her at the Círculo de Bellas Artes. Along with Chicho Sánchez Ferlosio, Amancio Prada, and García Calvo himself, she performed in various venues throughout Madrid. She was the lead singer in Rafael Aguilar's dance company, performing at the Teatro Albeniz and the Centro Cultural de la Villa, among other venues. She has been accompanied on guitar by various maestros: Curro de Jerez, José de Ketama, Montoyita, and more.

Sergio Portales is a versatile guitarist versed in a variety of styles, but with a special dedication to flamenco. He has performed at the Fundación March and numerous venues in Spain and abroad. He has accompanied Niño de Elche and other leading artists. He scored the documentary about Menéndez Pidal for the RTVE series Imprescindibles. He is currently working on musical projects in a variety of styles: El Portal de Carmen, La Milker Band, La Flamenquería, and Huckleberry. Along with his artistic training, he holds degrees in Musicology and Philosophy.
