On the occasion of the celebration of Flamenco Day, on November 15, the Public Library of Palencia hosts a workshop and a flamenco concert. Both events will be led by Pablo Castro Nieto.

The workshop Let's talk about flamenco will be held on Tuesday 12th at 7:00 pm. This workshop aims to bring flamenco art closer to the public, showing the keys to this genre, focusing on two of its disciplines, singing and dancing. A journey from the beginnings of flamenco to the present day, showing the origins, evolution and extensive social and geographical journey that this discipline has.

The Anhelo Hispánico concert will take place on Friday 15th at 7:00 pm. It takes us on a journey through the different styles of flamenco and emblematic works of the Spanish musical repertoire, thus explaining the aesthetics of the classical and flamenco guitar.
