On a cold, rainy night, Don Raimundo and his driver Gregorio break down in their car as they travel through a desolate wasteland. The only possible refuge is a nearby manor house, plagued by strange and ghostly creatures, which will test the characters' mettle. A gang of swindlers and two kidnapped sisters, one of them Raimundo's ex-fiancée, further complicate the plot of this hilarious comedy full of intrigue and enigmas to solve.
