"Calendula Flower" Workshop, led by María Ascensión Pérez Palmero

We'll explore the active ingredients in the calendula flower. We'll create a very useful oleate for massaging painful areas—hands, knees, etc.—and we'll perform a hand self-massage with this oil.

It will show how to mix this oil with aloe pulp, obtaining an excellent gel for healing, soothing, and moisturizing the skin in general and the neck and face in particular.

Attendees should bring: notebook, pencil and two or three paper napkins.
