BEFORE DEATH THAN CONVICTA is something more than a theater performance, something more than a simple comedy, it is a show of theater and humor, theater and music, dance and theater, theater and interaction... let's say a cabaret of unique theater on tour.

Carolina does social work cleaning theaters after spending several months in jail.

The one still inside is her husband Don Mauricio (Mauri), a high-flying businessman who seems to have fallen from grace since his controversial marriage.

Carolina (like her sister, the widow Patricia) left her small town of Huelva to succeed in Madrid, although her goal was very different: to marry a rich man. Once achieved and after a brief marriage, their life takes a turn and they both find themselves in prison. When she is released and is also free from Mauri's surveillance, she considers her true objective: entering a TV contest. More motivated than ever, she shows up for the casting.
