Qi Gong is part of the Tai Chi set of practices. Through its exercises we enter into the experience of Full Consciousness - Mindfulness -, developing a greater capacity for concentration, stillness and relaxation. With all this we create an internal state of harmony and well-being.
Antonio Giron
He began his Tai Chi Qi-Gong practice experience in the Retiro Park in Madrid in 1983, with his teacher Liu Zhen Yuan. From 1992 he continued his practice with the Chen style Tai Chi teacher Liang Puwan.
During these years she has been training in Bioenergetics with Professor Juan Li. She has also been trained in MBRS_Mindfulness with John Kabat Zinn, Zximimo. She has taken training courses in Eutony with facilitator Raymond Murcia.
In Segovia he has worked as a teacher for 25 years in different private and public centres. He has participated as a Tai-Chi/Qi Gong teacher in training courses organised by the Provincial Council of Segovia. He also has experience in working with people with disabilities and the elderly.
Every Wednesday, from February 5th to March 26th. From 11:00 to 12:00
