Javier González Castellano is here to present his book Ángel . The author is a professor of emotional intelligence, emotional coach, speaker, writer. In his words:

Today, in Spain, 11 people will lose their lives to suicide.

On August 12, 2020, Mario, the son of my friends Paco and Bea, who was just 19 years old, decided to take his own life. That day, he became an angel who now accompanies us from "the other side of the road."

This work consists of 11 chapters , in which ÁNGEL has deep conversations full of emotion, love and learning with 11 of his survivors: 8 of his friends, his parents and his brother. Each dialogue is a journey towards healing and understanding life from love and hope .

From the deepest loss arises this work, a journey towards understanding our emotions , our energy and, ultimately, our humanity .

In the second part of each chapter , ANGEL becomes a practical manual of emotional intelligence , offering clear and effective tools to navigate the emotional waves and tsunamis of life. This work teaches how to live in coherence with what we think, feel and do , helping to overcome guilt, pain and fear.

Aimed especially at teachers, teenagers, parents and health professionals , ÁNGEL is a beacon in the midst of the storm, a transformative journey that begins with tragedy but, with an immense message of love, heals the survivors and gives life and hope to others. It is an invitation to live with purpose, balance and plenitude, showing that even in the darkest moments there is light and hope.
