Exhibition: "The feeling of the landscape" Josefa Lozano

The landscape of this work is located in the Guadarrama mountain range, specifically in the Segovia forests of Valsaín, as well as the landscapes that surround the place where I live.

The origin of this work lies in the arrival in my hands of some verses (haikus) by Julián Alonso, to which I decided to put an image in an intimate dialogue between word and landscape. The evolution took time, doubts and silence, until I saw it finished. At the end of the process, unintentionally, I had given form and colour to some verses that maintained a common denominator, nature as a model.

This exhibition is made using pastel painting and paper techniques. There are 24 realistic landscape works.
