On April 2nd, we celebrate Children's and Young People's Book Day . As it has every year since 1967, the International Boards on Books for Young People (IBBY) proposes activities to promote reading among children around that day, the date of Hans Christian Andersen 's birth. Each year, a section is also responsible for sponsoring the day; this time, it was the Netherlands, through writer Rian Visser and illustrator Janneke Ipenburg .

The Segovia Public Library is joining in this celebration once again this year and invites you to participate in a fun game that explores some of the titles in our Must-Read section. It's recommended for families with children ages 3 and up. Sign up and participate.
