The Salamanca Museum. Once again, the museum is dressed up for Christmas and invites you on a special adventure full of art and Christmas surprises.

In our Christmas workshops this year we will be looking for the mini Santa Clauses that Father Christmas will leave hidden in different corners of our exhibition halls. Can you help us find them so that they can reveal the meaning of some works of art? Keep in mind that Saint Nicholas does not always wear red.

We will also discover how sculptures come to life and are ready to share their secrets and adventures with us. On a special tour through the museum, the sculptures that decorate our rooms will take on a voice and tell us the story of how they were created, who made them, and what stories they hold in their shapes and materials.

And in our creative workshop we will make nativity figures using only clay. First, we will choose the character we like best: it can be a shepherd, an angel, a little sheep or even the Christmas star. With our hands and some simple tools, we will shape each figure, working on details such as hair, clothes or wings.

Don't miss them!
