Biblioescena: "E-motions" , with Strawberries and Cream

Emotion: Intense and fleeting alteration of the mood, pleasant or painful, which is accompanied by a certain somatic shock. The world escapes emotions, society teaches you that you have to flee from weakness, that you should not expose yourself to others in a fragile way.

"E-motions" makes you feel, it doesn’t explain, it proposes. It is a show without text, which provokes… It provokes laughter, tears, fear. It doesn’t tell you what you have to feel, it makes you feel.

Through different musical styles, types of urban dance and movements, "E-motions" forces you to delve into the emotions that the dancers feel and make others feel.

It's therapy. It educates. It's okay to cry in public, you don't have to post on Instagram that you're happy if you're not, you don't have to prove anything to anyone.

STRAWBERRIES AND CREAM COMPANY

The Fresas Con Nata Collective and Company was founded in 2009 with the aim of promoting and spreading Urban Dance in Castilla y León. With 10 shows under its belt, it has been very well received by the public and critics nationwide. The Fresas Con Nata Company aims to give a cultural vision to urban dance by talking about topics of interest through these disciplines that were born around the 70s in the USA.

Biblioescena is the Cycle of Performing Arts in the public libraries of Castilla y León, organized by the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Sports of the Junta de Castilla y León
