The Soria Association of Hospitality and Tourism (ASOHTUR) together with a total of 19 restaurants in the province have launched the " Soria & Trufa" campaign, gastronomic menus dedicated to the Black Truffle of Soria, the so-called black diamond of cuisine. It is a joint action and a commitment to quality and excellence in dishes, with the ultimate goal of attracting gastronomic tourism seeking to taste the best fresh black truffle, until the season ends at the end of March.

The restaurants participating in "Soria and Trufa" are: Casa Vallecas and Senderos del Cid (both in Berlanga de Duero), Hotel Restaurante Virrey Palafox (El Burgo de Osma), the Restaurant Los Villares (Los Villares de Soria), El Duque (Medinaceli) and the restaurant El Toro Arrocería (in Valdemaluque) are the six restaurants that offer set menus in the province. The participation in this initiative is completed by the restaurants of the capital: Baluarte, Parador de Turismo Antonio Machado, Casa Arévalo, El Fogón del Salvador, El Tilo de Vallecas, La Cepa, La Chistera, La Galiana de Hotel Alfonso VIII, La Gastro Tasquita, La Taberna del Kiosco, the restaurant Meet Gastro Bar, the Mesón Castellano and the restaurant Trashumante.
