From Miranda del Castañar to Monforte de la Sierra

Located in Las Batuecas- Sierra de Francia Natural Park. The trail begins in Monforte de la Sierra and runs through cherry trees, vineyards and olive trees to the Milano River, which we cross over a small stone bridge. Next to the river we see riverside vegetation such as ash, hazel and alder trees that give way to forests with a predominance of oaks, chestnuts and strawberry trees. The itinerary ends in the beautiful town of Miranda del Castañar, declared a Historical Site.
