Walkers who decide on this route will be able to enjoy a great diversity of landscapes. You will find wetlands such as "El Charco de los Tejeros" that alternate with areas of scrubland in the high areas. Dry crops bordering "La Calzada" contrast with the roads surrounded by small orchards. Modest and abandoned waterwheels that rub shoulders with the magnificent construction of the "Puente de La Fonseca". Paths flanked by a vigorous riverside forest run without losing sight of the river and alternate with "El Hocino", a place where, to the surprise of the walker, the waters disappear for hundreds of meters, only to magically reappear.
The route begins in Santa María del Berrocal at the monument to the clothiers at the entrance to the town. There you will find the information panel that describes the path and from there you descend towards the river. From here and flanked by crop fields, the walker can contemplate in all its splendor the wide trough valley excavated by the Corneja River.
