Luisa Posada Cubissa (Madrid, June 12, 1957) is a Spanish philosopher, writer, and feminist theorist. She is a professor of Theory of Knowledge, Aesthetics, and the History of Thought at the Faculty of Philosophy at the Complutense University of Madrid. Within the framework of feminist theory and philosophy, she has published numerous articles and contributed to collective publications. She has also participated in numerous courses, seminars, and research projects in this field. She has also been an expert at the Spanish Observatory on Violence against Women.

This book begins by stating that there are no places without echoes. And this assertion points to the first two parts. The first part sought to address some of the commitments of the feminist agenda, which not only do not ignore the reality of women, but rather embrace their critical role when addressing issues such as the feminization of poverty, aggression and violence against women, sexual violence, trafficking in women for sexual exploitation, surrogacy, and the vindication of the political subject.

Feminism has had to challenge the very foundations of exclusionary democracy and has radicalized the demand that the political subject also include women. And in that sense, feminism, in its historical tradition, has become a project of emancipation of women.
