After travelling the length of the province of Valladolid for 146.3 of the 325.3 kilometres that separate Madrid from the French Way, we come to the first town on this stretch of the route in the province of León, the small town of Arenillas de Valderaduey.
We are now in a different province, but we remain in the region known as Tierra de Campos, where this country town nestling in the area known as Cea-Campos in the province of León. The landscape and traditional architecture remain unchanged even though we have crossed the provincial boundary.
This town also includes the following sites of interest: the Parish Church of Santo Tomás Apóstol and the Chapel of El Cristo del Humilladero.
