If we reach the town of Ovilla we can find two towers, the first, and in this case, what we are talking about, is one of the fifteen preserved in the Valley of Mena. A white Tower belonged to a branch of the Velasco. It is dated in the XIV century, keeping its battlements and loopholes in the XVIII century.

It was converted into housing in the XX century. Its state of conservation is good, built with masonry and the facade with ashlar, it has square floor and strong walls, with a lancet door oriented to the South, adorned with lateral loopholes. Near the tower there is a house of similar appearance, which is thought could belong to the same owner, Alejandro Vallejo Velasco at the end of the XVIII century. It is one of the towers and buildings that still maintain the richness of the Valley of Mena.
