It is a big late-Roman villa which had its glory to the IV century AC and is thought it lasted to quite advance the V century. It was placed in a large area of land for the agriculture and ranching. It had the characteristic of being a rustic villa, although it also has the comfort of an urban house, as it had heating systems, the so-called ‘hipocaustum’, thermal area, as well as some luxury and aesthetic taste, after seeing the mosaic floors or the mural decoration found.

The Roman mosaics found in these excavations, from 1968 to 1972, have been trusted to the Municipal Museum- Archaeological Hall. It stands out he one which was in the center of a large square room: the oecus, since it shows four horses attached in pairs, two of which still keep their names, as Tagvs (Tajo) and Evfrata (Eufrates).
