The Renaissance Fields Territorial Museum is a unique exhibition project that seeks to revalue the important cultural heritage that the Palencia region of Tierra de Campos houses. In four of its towns (Becerril de Campos, Paredes de Nava, Cisneros and Fuentes de Nava) you can see one of the largest concentrations of Renaissance art in our country. Renaissance Fields, therefore, offers an exceptional opportunity to visit unique pieces of art in the places where they were conceived, in addition to visiting the same spaces in which Pedro and Alonso Berruguete, Jorge Manrique, Alejo de Vahía or Francisco Giralte lived together in these four locations.
Renaissance Fields was born from the union of the parochial museums of Becerril de Campos, Paredes de Nava, Cisneros and Fuentes de Nava in a unique exhibition itinerary that involves ordering an immense Renaissance artistic catalog of incalculable value. This fusion in a territorial museum constitutes a route of about 50 kilometers that takes us to each of the five stages that make up the five churches that are the museum's headquarters. Five sites, in themselves an important monumental claim, that house paintings, sculptures, documents and other artistic objects that allow the history and heritage of Tierra de Campos to be brought closer to the visiting public in a perfect dialogue between art, faith and culture .
