This is a procession in honour of Saint Toribio that sets off from the parish of El Barrio del Cristo (the parish of San Ignacio), making its way to Otero Hill, where the chapel dedicated to the saint is located. After mass, the local authorities give the order for a ‘fight’ in which bread and cheese are thrown.
