Residence of Don Iñigo de Mendoza, Marquis of Almenara and Viceroy of Aragón. Its facade reflects two periods: the 16th century and the rest the 17th century, all in rubble and there is a window in the French Gothic style on the left. With several names: Palacio del Principe, ancestral home of the Águila family or of the marquis of Altares. Today the building is used as an exhibition hall.

There is an important surround that covers the balcony with a lion and an eagle. Inside there is a quadrangular 17th-century courtyard with a double gallery on three sides; there are raised arcades on columns. At each of the bases on the lower floor there are shields and medallions alluding to the family; above the ornamentation is in the Plateresque style.
