It opens in 2012 and is in one of the docks of the Canal de Castilla as it passes through Palencia. It promotes the knowledge of the evolution of water over time, and provides a historical overview of the uses of water in Palencia and by its hydraulic heritage, in addition to throw a look into the future of this precious common good.
