There are a total of 22 elements belonging to the pre-industrial real estate heritage of the city of Zamora. Of these, only two maintain their industrial function, the factories of Gabino Bobo and Gaza, which are joined by those destined for services that are also active, such as the Food Market, the iron bridge and the railway station. The rest are in a state of disuse or abandonment, well integrated into a new use that can be cultural (Aceñas de Olivares and cover of Zamora Industrial) or business (Aceñas de Pinilla or Alcoholera La Vinícola).
