Convent of the Úrsulas
It was founded in the XVI century by the Archbishop Alonso de Fonseca.
The church is of Gothic style with a nave covered with starry ribbed vaults and a polygonal apse.
Inside, important religious art works are kept, among them, the marble tomb, with shape of burial mound, of Don Alonso de Fonseca, which was cut by Diego de Siloe, are preserved in the interior.
The tomb of Archbishop’s butler, Mr Francisco Rivas, is located in the wall of the Gospel.
