This church is located in the town of Riocavado de la Sierra and is one of the best examples of Romanesque in the Sierra de la Demanda where the crews of stonemasons from the "Escuela de la Sierra" worked in the 12th century, building beautiful temples.

This church presents differentiated elements with respect to other Romanesque temples in the region, with a very original configuration of the apse, with pointed arches that gives it great dynamism. The tower is also different as it has a body with openings.
