Temple of the second third of the 12th century, of small proportions and a single nave, originally Romanesque-Mudejar, it is the oldest in the town, mentioned in the forum as a meeting place for the council. At this time it houses the Pottery Museum.

Of the original Mudejar Romanesque construction, only the head of the temple remains, decorated by three series of blind arcades, some trilobed. Its Romanesque façade stands out as one of the few that remains in the region. Inside it has two Gothic tombs and a Baroque altarpiece, a simple marble tombstone marks the burial of Don Gutierre Álvarez de Toledo, first lord of Alba de Tormes.
