The church of Nuestra Señora de la Asuncion was built between the XII and XIII centuries.

The south wall and the portals of this time are preserved. It was rebuilt later in the XVI and XVIII centuries. From the late Romanesque period are its portals, being the most important the south side. Both are decorated with lancet arches, with three archivolts decorated with floral motifs, human heads, diamond points, rosettes... and protected by a moulding of large leaves. Archivolts are supported on an impost and columns with capitals of acanthus scrolled. The temple has a Latin cross floor and a single nave strengthened by buttresses on the outside. Also stands outside the bell tower of five floors.

Inside, in the main altarpiece are the sculpture of the Assumption and the crucifix of agony, being also remarkable the articulated Dead Christ and the organ. In the sacristy is the Parish Museum, where several sculptures of the XIV and XVI centuries and objects of religious silversmithing are exposed.
