Villaumbrales is where the Casa or Almacén del Rey, as it is sometimes known, is found. This dry dock is surrounded by other types of housing found near the Canal. Here, the Casablanca, Corbejones, Serení, Antanillas, Villaumbrales, sometimes called Las Palomas, some of the aqueducts along the Canal de Castilla can be found along with the Corbejones and Antanillas water towers.
The Iglesia de San Juan Bautista whose entrance dates from the 13th century and the Ermita de San Gregorio from the 18th century are also recommended visits on passing through Villaumbrales.
