After passing the 21st sluice, almost hidden away by the highway, the Canal heads towards the Acueducto del Val otherwise known as the Acueducto de Piña. The front view of the aqueduct reveals a large ashlar wall beyond which the Fuentemanías water tower can be found.
The next stop is Piña de Campos. Noble families who once inhabited this village have left their mark in the form of noble mansions decorated with coats-of-arms. One of the most important edifices is the Iglesia de San Miguel which today houses the Museo Parroquial. This church-made-museum was built using a combination of stone and brick and consists of 3 naves and ceiling of brick vaulting.
Moreover, in this village you can find the Ermita de la Virgen del Camino.
