The Burgos stoves are an authentic gastronomic feast. The typical rice blood sausage and fresh cheese may be the most recognizable products of the kitchen, but traditional dishes such as the roca podrida, the Castilian soup and, of course, the suckling pig and the suckling lamb roasted in a wood-fired oven are worth it along with a Ribera de Duero glass.
