In the area of "El Castañar" just 2 km from Béjar and one step away from the Castañar Sanctuary is the oldest bullring of all those in Spain, affectionately called "La Ancianita". In the main building are the presidential box, the ticket offices, the sanitary services and also this museum.

In him a great variety of objects and belongings related to the Festival and the bulls are exposed. We can find different objects related to bullfighters who have passed through this plaza, among them the Bejarano Isidoro Pamo "el Salamanquinito".

Outside "La Ancianita" a bronze statue has recently been erected in homage to another great 19th century Bejarano bullfighter, Julián Casas del Guijo, "el Salamanquino".
