Old cellar of the s. XVI recently restored and valued to be visited. It is at the foot of the castle and retains the flavor of a building that housed an activity that fell into disuse.

In addition to the entrance, it conserves two rooms of great attractiveness, the "libatorio", with satirical paintings, where local characters met to taste the wines of the barrels and barrels that rested in the adjoining room and the "room of Arevalenses notalbes", with tinajas labeled with names of illustrious places.
