The Rueda Denomination of Origin is considered one of the main regions of white wine in Spain and the world, although red and rosé wines are also produced and protected. Rueda is linked to its own white vineyard, the Verdejo grape.

Provinces of Valladolid, Segovia and Avila. Duero Valley and Basin.

Wine : white, rosé, red, sparkling, liqueur. Mentioned barrel fermented, oak, crianza, reserva and gran reserva. Liqueur wine: Rueda Dorado.

Varieties :

  • WHITE: Verdejo, Sauvignon Blanc, Viura, Chardonnay, Viognier Palomino Fino.
  • INKS: Tempranillo, Garnacha Tinta, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah.
