Famous restaurant that can boast of being one of the oldest in Valladolid. Located next to the Plaza Mayor, in the city center, it has seven rooms dedicated to illustrious Valladolid figures (Mariemma, Rosa Chacel, Lola Herrera, Miguel Delibes, Roberto Domínguez, Joaquín Díaz and Concha Velasco) and a private winery, worthy of to visit, which is used for special events and in which the bottles of a large number of selected regional, national and international references are kept.
Its traditional cuisine has evolved over time, opting for a current and contemporary market cuisine always looking for the freshest and tastiest seasonal products.
Its Chef, Paco Martínez, was elected Official Cook of the Spanish Olympic Committee at the Olympics in Atlanta, Sydney, Athens, Beijing, London and Rio de Janeiro. In addition, it offers a catering service for events and weddings.
