The restaurant opens its doors in Matapozuelos in May 2002. At the helm are two generations of chefs, Teodoro and Miguel Ángel de la Cruz, father and son, and consequently two well-defined styles of cooking coexist in harmony in the same space, executing a cuisine of a marked local character, taking advantage of the links that unite them to the environment. Alberto, the youngest of the brothers who also runs the room, is in charge of the sommelier, managing a winery with numerous references in relation to wine, emphasizing local wines.
