A striking feature of this village is its pinewood stone houses with beautiful porticoes and balconies looking out onto the streets. It is worth paying a visit to some of the noble houses such as the Casa del Marqués de Vilueña, the Casa de Pedro de Neila or the Casa de los Ramos. The jurisdictional column is not the village's only reminder of past nobility, which is also provided by the imposing 16th century Iglesia de Santa María del Pino that holds a fine Baroque altarpiece. In the outskirts of the village, visitors have the chance to do some aquatic sports in the Cuerda del Pozo dam.
