The city offers wonderful natural spaces for enjoyment, rest or practicing outdoor sports in its famous green belt. The Paseo del Espolón, on the banks of the Arlanzón River, is perfect for disconnecting, as is the Parque de Fuentes Blancas, which is large and very frequented by the people of Burgos.
