Also called the Holy Spirit, it was the church of the Colegio Real de la Compañía de Jesús, built in the 17th century.

Inside it is a Latin cross with three naves with side chapels and a transept with a dome more than 50 metres high. The high altar, built in 1675, shows us the Pentecost and above the apparition of the Virgin Mary to San Ignacio. It is all done in the baroque style.

After the expulsion of the Jesuits by Charles III, the church passed to the Real Clerecía de San Marcos, where it got its current name. For many years the Real Colegio was a Council Seminary.
