Communication, advertising and dissemination obligations of the beneficiaries and managers of the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism

The beneficiaries and the decision-making and executing entities of the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRM) funds, a central element of the NextGenerationEU instrument, must assume responsibility for advertising, communicating and disseminating the projects co-financed under it. The Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (PRTR), prepared by the Government of Spain, explicitly states that the participants in the Plan must be responsible for the management of information and the "publicity of the funded actions" in order to guarantee transparency in the management of funds and make visible the determining role of the European Union in the process of reactivation and transformation of the economy after the Covid-19 pandemic.
